We are using LEDs of top international brands such as Cree, Edison, Bridgelux, Lustrous of High Power keeping in mind that the lumen output should be maximized per wattage of power consumption. We always design the product to optimize the light output. We select the LEDs acoording to the BIN required as per product and there are many constraints which are very important to be considered while designing the right product according to the highest standard requirements. We have sufficient infrastructure to ensure selection of the right product. We use extra optics to optimize the light output, using good quality lens offering minimum light depreciation/loss. Heat sink, casing/enclosure/housing for Luminaries are based on indigenous designs and many of these are patented. Utmost care is taken regarding the quality/purity of aluminium used in the manufacture of Heat Sink. We use only LM-06 GRADE aluminium in our products.
